How long does shipping take for complete BMX bikes?

Complete bikes are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.

Do the bikes come fully assembled?

For safety in transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We provide a comprehensive assembly guide and tool kit with every bike purchase.

What is your return policy for parts and apparel?

We offer a 90-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed parts or customized wheels cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How do I know which frame size is right for me?

Frame size depends on your height and riding style. Generally, riders between 5' and 5'6" prefer a 20" to 20.5" top tube, while taller riders should look for 21" or larger. Check our detailed Size Guide for more specifics.
